Once you have chosen a property, it is time to conduct due diligence.
To carry out this process, the real estate agent is required to request from the seller the following documents:
- 5 fresh receipts of payment: land and construction tax and the necessary confirmation of their payment;
- Original land certificate;
- Original building permit;
- Checks for utility bills and telephone payments;
- If there is a mortgage, a letter to Roya;
- If the seller is a company, copies of the ID of the directors and representatives;
- A protocol of the meeting of participants with a decision on the sale, certified by a notary, is required;
The buyer, in turn, is obliged to provide the following documents:
If the buyer is a company, then
- Copies of IDs of directors and representatives;
- The documents for the company are included in the list.
